Description
The Downtown City MegaKit is a pack of over 300 modular environment pieces for building full Boston/NYC style city blocks. All models share optimized texture sets, the Source version includes Unity, Godot and Unreal projects with an efficient fake window interior shader, vertex color controlled wear, fake normal bevels and custom simple collisions.
