Description
This is the predicted structure of aromatic amino acid amonitransferase from Enterobacter sp.,modeled with MODELLER using PDB 8e9dB as a template. This PLP-dependent enzyme catalyzes transmination of aromatic amino acids(Phe, Tyr, Trp).
