Description

Conventional 6 well tissue culture plate. This is useful for designing inserts for microscopes, other instrumentation or for illustration purposes. It is the bottom portion of the plate with no cover. The dimensions for design are from a drawing from Greiner Bio-One, plate #657165. The following dimensions are as per the drawing: overall length and width, overall height, well depth, upper well diameter and well center location. Other aspects are for illustration purposes only. The recessed version has a 1mm well bottom thickness, actual thickness of the commercial plate varies with manufacturer and use case. Note that this model lacks some details from the Greiner diagram and may not have the draft required for molding. While it is intended for modeling work and not 3D printing the flat bottom version can be printed.
