Description
This is an inexpensive angled tube rack designed to hold 16mm culture tubes at a 40 degree angle in a shaking incubator. You can learn more about it in our pub, How do we balance throughput and yield in protein expression? (https://doi.org/10.57844/arcadia-ybvc-e6zm) - https://doi.org/10.57844/arcadia-ybvc-e6zm The tube holder and tube holder base were both designed to be printed without supports on a single Bambu X1C bed. For best results, orient the tube rack on its side for printing. We used standard PLA, 15% infill with a grid pattern
