Description
This device is designed to maintain ex vivo brain slice cultures by the method of "bubble perfusion" (see https://doi.org/10.1039/D0AY02291H (https://doi.org/10.1039/D0AY02291H) for definition). The development and application of this device is described in a manuscript currently under review. This description will be updated with more information and the appropriate citation when that work is in press.
