Description: This reference organ, Right-female-palatine-tonsil ( (https://purl.humanatlas.io/ref-organ/palatine-tonsil-female-right/v1.0)https://humanatlas.io/3d-reference-library (https://humanatlas.io/3d-reference-library)) was created using data from the Visible Human Male, provided by the National Library of Medicine (Spitzer et al. 1996; Ackerman 1998). The same anatomy was used for the female model, adjusted to fit with the existing female organs.
