This is a 3D printable model of an insert adapted to 6-well plate format. This is a single piece insert which fits into the 6 wells. Such insert is not commercially available for this plate format, only inserts (https://www.fishersci.com/shop/products/6-well-thincert-cell-culture-inserts-multiwell-plates/p-7075410) for single well exist. In our lab, this insert is used to culture schistosome worms (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schistosoma) in bulk. The insert helps changing media efficiently before, during, and after drug exposure over several days. This 6-well plate insert was designed using Corning Costar plate (https://www.fishersci.com/shop/products/costar-cell-culture-plates-1/0720083). The insert can probably be adapted to other plate models with small adjustments.
