Made for a college course (not an assignment, made it on my own) to help myself and my classmates better understand the structure of certain amino acids and how they form peptide bonds Note, I am not using the zwitterionic form in this model .sdf files acquired from PubChem (https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/)
