This device is designed so that people with bilateral upper limb amputations can open doors with round knobs with their prostheses. It is used for any type of upper limb prosthesis and is suitable for children. There is a design in one piece and one in two pieces that facilitates 3D printing by avoiding the use of supports, the recommended parameters for printing are filling greater than 20% and layer height of 0.2mm, the recommended material is PLA. An elastic band must be placed on the prosthesis support to facilitate handling of the device with the prosthesis and a piece of thick foam on the knob anchor that allows adhesion and stability during rotation. If it is printed in two pieces, it is recommended to guarantee a good assembly since this area can be critical for the failure of the device. ----- Este dispositivo está diseñado para que personas con amputación bilateral de miembro superior puedan abrir puertas de pomo redondo con sus prótesis. Sirve para cualquier tipo de prótesis de miembro superior y es apto para niños. Se tiene un diseño en una pieza y uno en dos piezas que facilita la impresión 3D al evitar el uso de soportes, los parámetros recomendados para la impresión son relleno mayor 20% y altura de capa de 0.2mm, el material recomendado es PLA. Se debe ubicar una banda elástica en el soporte a la prótesis para facilitar el manejo del dispositivo con la prótesis y una pieza de fomi grueso en el anclaje al pomo que permite la adhesión y estabilidad durante el giro. Si se imprime en dos piezas, se recomienda garantizar un buen ensamble ya que esta zona puede ser crítica para la falla del dispositivo.
