Description
Ear saver keeps the backs of ears of medical professionals safe from the elastic straps of surgical masks and other one strap masks. This model is symmetrical and can be scaled down on the Y/X axes to fit your printer, but can be printed at full size also. I would only scale the X down to a minimum of 145mm and Y to a minimum of 18mm. These are roughly the dimensions thI print on my printer and allow me to 7 at a time on a 150mmx150mmx150mm build area. I created this remix due to a need for symmetry, it is easy to optimize your dimensions for maximum output, and with the provided print settings and proper adjustment, you can make 1 every six minutes or so. I derived this and created the hair loop based on this design: https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013410 (https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013410) I cloned the main body of this mask adjuster design: https://enable.hp.com/us-en-3dprint-COVID-19-containment-applications (https://enable.hp.com/us-en-3dprint-COVID-19-containment-applications)
