This is a Tap Holder to be used in a drill or mill. It will ensure that you create perfect threads for the hole you just drilled. Direction for print. Layer height 0.2 Infill 40% or more Print with raft if printing the 1/2in model. Also print the bottom and tip at 95% so that the model can be press fit. Need to buy a spring from the hardware store. 1/2in spring if doing the 1in model. 1/4in spring if doing the 1/2in model. Direction for use: After drilling a hole swap your drill bit for the tap holder. Then using a tap you put the tip inside the top of the tap and this centers the tap while appling pressure to ensure you create perfect threads.
