Description
Thyroid hormone receptor isoform alpha 1 (TRa1) made by using UCSF-Chimera and Modeller to add missing residues from existing structure (PDB code: 1NAV) and then refined using FG-MD (Fragment-Guided molecular dynamic) simulation, available at https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/FG-MD/ .
