Description
The first and second variable regions (V1V2) of HIV-1 gp120 (without glycans). The model is based of the structure of BG505 SOSIP.664 gp140 (PDB ID 4TVP) with the missing hypervariable region built in using ICM software. Courtesy Xiangpen Kong.
