17-year-old female, followup aneurysm in left ventricular outflow tract. History of congenital heart disease with repair of AV canal, mitral valve replacement with St. Jude valve, subaortic stenosis status post repair. Situs inversus with interrupted inferior vena cava and azygous continuation. Learning p oints The mechanical mitral valve annulus shows up well on the CT and is visible in the model.
